Grown is a health tonics brand, producing potent formulas with therapeutic benefits.
The key ingredients are adaptogenic herbs and mushrooms, which help the body adapt to stressors*, cope with common ailments and promote general wellbeing.
Each ingredient has different properties so the formulas can be prepared to calm, balance or enhance when taken daily.
Grown is designed for real life and doesn’t require a great change in behaviour, or even a commitment of time.
We want to fit into your life, not you into ours.
What Are Adaptogens?
Adaptogens are a class of dual directional herbs and mushrooms that help the body adapt to and balance stressors, support our natural defences against physical, environmental and emotional fatigue, and help create balance and wellbeing throughout the body.
They are naturally occurring, non-toxic substances that can help protect the body from stress by stabilizing and optimizing a host of physiological functions*.
Rather than serving a single targeted purpose, an adaptogen will adapt its balancing properties to whatever the body specifically needs at a given time in order to restore it to peak functionality.
Adaptogens have been shown to minimize fatigue and improve focus and endurance whilst protecting the body from stress*.
Our adaptogenic herbs and mushrooms are naturally grown; organic or wild harvested, GMO free and non-irradiated.
How do I take them?
We are not asking you to change rituals, simply to add it into the ones that you already have.
Upgrade your existing habits by mixing our tonic formulas into tea, coffee, juice and smoothies or a dropperful directly under your tongue as a simple way to incorporate them into an everyday diet.
You can take up to 3 dropperfuls of each of our formulas daily. We recommend you start with a quarter dropperful and build up from there.
The Morning and Evening Adaptogen formulations can be mixed with the Mushroom Tonic as they will work in synergy as a potent double dose.
Our formulas are designed to be taken daily in small, consistent amounts to create a cumulative effect so you experience the maximum benefit at the times when you need it most.
